Hi! I'm Kimberly Moffit, psychotherapist and counsellor servicing mid-town Toronto at the heart of Yonge and Eglinton. Are you ready to create a monumental change in your life? Are you seeking the guidance to create the life you've always wanted and have always dreamed of? Do you know that you deserve the life of your dreams but struggle with the logistics and courage of getting there?

Welcome to Kimberly Moffit and Associates. As my client, you can be rest assured that you're in good hands. I am dedicated to helping all of my clients achieve their emotional, mental, relationship, and career goals. I provide my honest feedback at a practical level, but on a psychological level I will gently push you to realizing your unconscious motives and perceptions.

My past experiences as a professional musician since the age of 17 have led me to study the effect of music on the healing process, the brain, and human emotion. I have always been fascinated with the healing power of words: how we use them, questions we ask ourselves, and how letting them out can feel so amazingly cathartic.

My personal interests include blogging, writing and performing music, public speaking, classical piano, dancing, swimming, and yoga. Feel free to give our clinic a call to see if our services fit your needs. I'm ready to embark on this journey with you, to help you make changes in your life that you never thought possible. Look forward to hearing from you!

Sue Sabijan, MSc, BSc- Psychotherapy Associate

I have always been motivated by a desire to understand emotions, human behaviour, and what makes people tick, which has led me into the study and practice of psychology.

In my career as psychotherapist I create a warm, open, and supportive environment for you to explore greater positive potential in your life experiences and relationships.

My interest in the emotive aspects of music motivated me to study jazz voice for 3 years after obtaining my M.Sc., during my stay in Montreal, where I was also involved in live performances. I have enjoyed a diverse career path including a foray as a marketing research associate, a teacher at college level, a fitness instructor, vocal coach, as well as teaching assistant during my studies. I feel that my diverse career pursuits have provided me with valuable experience and perspective for life-coaching and psychotherapy practice.

It brings me great joy to share my knowledge and experience with others, and be able to help enlighten, encourage, and empower you on your own personal journey to enhance your life fulfillment.

Krista Roesler, BA Psychology - Administrative Manager/Life Coach in Training

I am here to motivate and inspire you but you are the creator of your life and through our coaching journey I will help you find the tools and confidence to discover and be able to get what you want in your life.  Action is key! and making better goals will help you get there.  I am not the kind of coach who will put a picture up of a rainbow or a sunrise and provide you with a lot of fluff.

I am warm and caring.  I am the kind of person who naturally has provided that unofficial shoulder for so many to lean on.  Get the support you need at the critical moments when you need it the most.  Change is hard.  Road bumps and barriers are a given.  I will be that person who reminds you of your strengths and helps you through those very crucial challenges where so many give up.

I am currently trained by the Adler/OISE (University of Toronto) Institute and I am a member of the International Coaching Federation.  I, also, possess a University of Toronto psychology degree.

Just so you can get a feel for who I am.  Health and physical fitness are a major part of my life.  I participate in hot yoga, kickboxing and beach volleyball.  I also have a passion for adventures and exploring new places and cultures.  I believe in walking the talk therefore personal development and growth have always been a major passion of mine.
